Description

ESTS4000PH6 will deliver new infrastructure and capital build facilities in the form of modified and expanded training facilities and working accommodation including:

Construction of new and refurbished training facilities at Navy Training Systems Centre – Randwick, NSW.

• Modifications to existing buildings. 

• Modifications and improvements to existing site services infrastructure.

• Construction of a new two storey extension to the existing training facility.

• Civil and landscaping works.  

• Existing training facilities will remain operational throughout the project. 

Provision of working accommodation to Defence Plaza Sydney

• Modifications to existing office fitout (one level) to accommodate additional staffing, including modifications to existing services, non-loadbearing internal partitions and finishes.

• Existing adjacent offices will be operational throughout the project.

The Invitation to Register Interest, which is the subject of this ATM, is the first stage of a two-staged selection process.

Applicants will be requested to demonstrate that they have suitable experience and ability to construct the facilities and infrastructure noted above at the required Defence locations. Additionally, Applicants will be requested to demonstrate that they have the resources with suitable experience and capacity to perform the services to meet its obligations under the contract.

The second stage of the selection process will be a Request For Tender (RFT) which will be issued to Applicants that have been successfully shortlisted through this Invitation to Register Interest process. Further details in relation to the subsequent RFT process will be provided to the short listed Applicants in the RFT. 

Applicants are advised that works packages for Maritime Combat Systems Integration Centre, St Kilda (MCSIC) will be subject to a separate procurement process.
