FRANET - F-SE-26-T01 Provision of services related to data collection and research services on fundamental rights issues
The European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights is requesting the provision of comprehensive data‑collection and research services focused on fundamental rights issues. The contractor will design, execute and report on systematic field surveys, qualitative studies and data analyses that examine how fundamental rights are experienced, protected, and undermined across the European Union and in several partner countries.
The procurement is structured into individual lots, each dedicated to a specific country – ranging from the core EU member states such as Belgium, Germany and Spain, through smaller EU members such as Cyprus and Malta, to non‑EU states in the Western Balkans, namely Albania, North Macedonia and Serbia. For each lot, the agency seeks tailored research approaches that take into account the legal, cultural and institutional context of the target country while remaining comparable with the other national studies.
In carrying out the work, the contractor must maintain strict compliance with applicable data protection regulations, uphold the highest ethical standards in human‑rights research, and ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all collected information.
