Electronics Tender - Concession
Country:
DenmarkSector:
Hotel, restaurant and retail trade servicesDeadline:
4 Sept 2026AI Summary
The procurement concerns the award of a bundle of three separate lease agreements within the electronics concession sector at Copenhagen Airport. The agreements, identified as 1100‑07995, 1100‑08106 and 1100‑08107, entail the lease of electronic assets and facilities to a qualified operator who will assume responsibility for their operation and maintenance at the designated airport premises. The contracting authority desires a single consolidated bid covering all three leases, with the contract value calculated from the anticipated turnover and incorporating any extension options available under the lease terms.
The lessee will have exclusive operational control over the electronic concession during the lease period, with obligations that include maintenance, staffing, and compliance with airport regulations. The successful bidder will be required to manage the assets in line with the airport’s commercial strategy, ensuring the delivery of a high‑quality electronic service to passengers and stakeholders. The collective package provides a comprehensive opportunity to secure a long‑term presence in the electronics market of Denmark’s principal aviation hub.
To participate, bidders must submit, within a single application, a comprehensive electronic self‑declaration of compliance (ESPD) proving their suitability and confirming that neither they nor any associated consortium members or sub‑suppliers are subject to exclusion grounds under the Public Procurement Act. This declaration, together with requisite supporting documentation, is mandatory for all parties involved in the tender.
