Selected contractors will be expected to deliver a set of five interlinked outputs: (1) coordination of the national roadmap implementation; (2) the enhancement of regulatory frameworks for EPR and selected material streams; (3) the cultivation of industry collaboration to facilitate the circular transition; (4) the improvement of waste management practices in targeted provinces and municipalities; and (5) the advancement of green procurement schemes for specified goods. The work will involve stakeholder dialogues, policy drafting, operational system design, and the translation of German and global best practices into actionable recommendations tailored to the Indonesian context.
All service deliverables must comply with the Indonesian Circular Economy Roadmap and the EPR best‑practice guidelines established by the OECD and UNEP.
