rescEU - EMT Field Hospitals
The Contracting entity seeks to procure **EMT Field Hospitals**. This procurement, identified as LOT-0000 under the title "rescEU - EMT Field Hospitals," is part of the Union Civil Protection Mechanism. The project aims to bolster Europe's capacity to respond to medical emergencies by establishing and maintaining 21 specialized medical teams across eight European countries.

These grounds encompass violations of legal obligations, financial instability, grave professional misconduct, anti-competitive behavior, conflicts of interest, prior involvement in procurement preparation, poor performance history, misrepresentation and lack of transparency, and undue influence.
Exceptions to exclusion may apply in cases of financial instability if the contracting authority can demonstrate that the operator, despite facing difficulties, will be able to successfully perform the contract according to national rules and measures regarding business continuation.
