The Agrytech & Clyntech Accelerator Program's mission is to nurture and grow proof of concepts and prototypes that share three common characteristics:

  • An innovation with a scientific or technological focus in the Agrifood and Clyntech sectors.
  • The possibility to scale beyond the local market.

Scope of work

The Agrytech & Clyntech Accelerator Program seeks a Commercial Traction Consultant to support all 14 startups in the cohort in translating their commercialization and market entry efforts into evidence of commercial traction and market validation.

Building on the Go-to-Market Strategy Framework and Market Entry Roadmap developed during the previous components, startups will focus on executing selected market engagement activities, testing commercial assumptions, generating market evidence, and demonstrating commercial traction.

By the end of the assignment, startups are expected to develop a Commercial Traction & Evidence Package documenting commercial activities undertaken, market feedback collected, customer and partner engagement achieved, and evidence generated to support future commercialization, scaling, and investment readiness efforts.

The assignment will be delivered through:

  • 1 workshop (3 hours) for all startups in the cohort.
  • 1 Commercial Traction Lab delivered separately to two startup groups (3 hours each, maximum 7 startups).
  • Up to 2 one-on-one clinics (45 minutes each) per startup.

Workshop: Commercial Traction & Market Engagement

The workshop will support startups in executing and monitoring market engagement activities by addressing:

Each Lab will host a maximum of 7 startups, grouped by startup maturity and commercialization readiness.

Startups will work on practical application, peer discussion, and hands-on development of startup-specific outputs, with direct support from the Consultant throughout.

The Lab will provide startups with hands-on support to:

  • Review ongoing market engagement activities.

  • Identify commercial bottlenecks and opportunities.
  • Prioritize next commercial actions.
  • Capture market feedback and lessons learned.
