The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency is inviting qualified suppliers to submit tenders for a set of parallel framework agreements under the titles R01988, R01989 and R02081, covering electrical services for the Western, Southwest and South regions of Norway. Each framework agreement will provide for the maintenance, servicing, replacement and procurement of new electrical installations across the defence estate, including both primary facilities and ancillary technical infrastructure. The agreements will be introduced to meet the agency’s need for reliable, efficient, and safe electrical support for its growing portfolio of military and associated buildings.
The Western sub‑contract (R01988) encompasses key naval and aeronautical installations in West Hordaland, including Haakonsvern Naval Base, Uvb Bunker, Laksevåg, Wallemsviken and Bergenhus Fortress, as well as surrounding support sites such as Ulven camp and Korsneset. The Southwest sub‑contract (R01989) covers major premises in Rogaland, such as Sola Land, Sola Sjø, Vatneleiren, Madla Ulsnes, Galta/Rennesøy, Jåtta Espedal, Sandnes/Ålgård, and the defence sector residences in Stavanger, together with a broad range of additional structures like storage, shooting grounds, communication sites and residential offices. The South sub‑contract (R02081) focuses on the Sør Agder region, featuring Kjevik and Kveviga by Kristiansand, Evjemoen, and other affiliated properties throughout the area. All sites within these geographic districts that fall under the agency’s jurisdiction, including minor installations, support points, and future developments, are encompassed within the respective sub‑contracts.
In each geographic area, up to three tenderers may be awarded parallel framework agreements, contingent upon the number of received and qualified bids. The agreements are structured to allow for the assignment of a range of contractual frameworks, thereby ensuring flexibility and continuity of service provision across all subsystems of the defence estate. All work must conform to the Defence Sector’s electrical safety and quality regulations.
