The Municipality of Marogong, Lanao del Sur is inviting qualified contractors to construct a new one‑story school building comprising five classrooms, each equipped with its own common toilet facilities. The project is intended for use by the local community and will provide a compact, functional learning environment within the municipal limits. The design requires the use of civil works materials and techniques that comply with national construction standards and local building codes.

Prospective bidders must demonstrate prior experience delivering similar educational facilities, with evidence of at least one completed contract of comparable scope and size. Submissions will be evaluated through an open, competitive bidding process that adheres to the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184. Successful contractors will be required to provide a bid security and all documentation as stipulated in the bidding documents, with bids accepted on or before the prescribed deadline.

The contract is to be completed within 365 calendar days from the award of the contract. All works must be finished to specification, ready for hand‑over and use by the final delivery date.

1. The Municipal Government of Marogong, through the GAA intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos & 00/100 Only (₱10,000.000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of one (1) story, five (5) classrooms school building (with common toilet each classroom. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Marogong now invites bids for the Construction of one (1) story, five (5) classrooms school building (with common toilet each classroom). Completion of the Works is required contract duration: 365 cd(s). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.” Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Government of Marogong and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on September 24, 2026 to October 12, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (₱10,000.00).
6. Pre-Bidding Conference is scheduled at September 30, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before 9:00 AM October 12, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18. Bid opening shall be on 10:00AM October 12, 2026 at BAC Office Municipal Hall, Marogong, Lanao del Sur. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
8. The Municipal Government of MAROGONG reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
