Imorovement of Jardin de Rachma and Eco Tourism Park

The Municipality of Magsaysay, Lanao del Norte has issued a public bidding notice for the improvement of Jardin de Rachma and its surrounding Eco Tourism Park located in the Poblacion area. The project is classified as a civil works contract and falls under public relations programs or services. The scope encompasses all work required to upgrade the park’s infrastructure, landscaping, and visitor facilities to enhance its appeal as a local tourist destination, to be completed within a 30‑day contract and delivery period.

Prospective contractors must have carried out a similar civil works project with a value equal to at least fifty percent of this proposal amount within the last two years, and will be screened on a non‑discretionary pass/fail basis. The bidding schedule begins with a pre‑procurement conference on 8 September 2026, followed by bid issuance, a pre‑bid conference on 23 September 2026, bid submission on 29 September, opening on 2 October, evaluation on 6 October, post‑qualification on 12 October, award on 14 October, and contract signing and notice to proceed on 19 October. A non‑refundable fee of PHP 5,000 is required to access bid documents, and bidders assume all costs related to bid preparation.

Bidders must demonstrate recent experience on a comparable civil works project of at least 50% the value of this proposal within the past two years.

Post – qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
