PROCURMENT OF MEALS OF VARIOUS TRAINING, SCHOOL, DISTRICT AND DIVISION ACTIVITIES FOR FY 2026

The Cadiz West II Elementary School is seeking catering services to supply meals for a series of training, school, district and division events scheduled throughout the fiscal year 2026. The procurement covers a wide range of activities, including mid‑year INSET sessions, symposia, workshops, press conferences, Olympiads, talent festivals, and graduation rites, each requiring coordinated snack and lunch service for varying numbers of participants. All food will be delivered within Negros Occidental, with logistics and catering arrangements to be handled under a negotiated small‑value procurement framework.

The offered menus span both snack and lunch options across multiple days and events. For the mid‑year INSET, 530 participants will receive breakfast and afternoon snacks featuring items such as chicken sandwich, soybean cakes, and bottled water, while 265 participants will receive a full lunch program of chicken Hawaiian, rice, and dessert plates. Smaller gatherings, such as the first‑aid symposium and various district meetings, will be served similarly composed snack and lunch menus tailored to the size of the attendee group. The tender also includes meal provision for thematic educational activities, including a World’s Teacher’s Day celebration and a Pasidungog feast, with diverse protein sources such as chicken alaking, pork afritada, and beef with mushrooms. Across all engagements, bottled water and soft drinks are stipulated for participant hydration.

All supplied food shall comply with local health and safety regulations, be prepared under hygienic conditions, and be packaged in food‑grade, BPA‑free containers.
