Codi Group Construction Framework

Codi Group Ltd. is calling for bids to appoint principal main contractors under a comprehensive Construction Framework that will enable a range of housing development schemes across the United Kingdom. The framework is structured into distinct lots that reflect escalating project scales: development schemes of up to twenty dwellings, between twenty and fifty dwellings, between fifty and one hundred dwellings, and projects exceeding one hundred dwellings, with further separation between the western and eastern regions for the smaller categories. In each case the framework allows the Codi Group, together with its subsidiaries and the designated housing associations of Ateb Group Limited, Tai Hedyn Limited, and United Welsh Housing Association Limited, to award call‑off contracts that will be managed through eTenderWales.

The procurement places a strong emphasis on the quality of performance while also incorporating price considerations, with a scoring system that allocates 60 % to quality questions and 40 % to price criteria. Each lot is renewable for an additional year at the discretion of the Codi Group, ensuring that successful contractors can sustain long‑term delivery relationships following initial award.
