Compliance Services and Associated Works Dynamic Purchasing System
AI Summary
The DPS framework allows contracting authorities to define specific requirements, delivery models, pricing structures, and contract forms at the Invitation to Tender stage. This approach ensures a high degree of customization and flexibility, enabling suppliers to tailor their offerings to meet individual project needs.
The DPS is intended for an initial duration of five years with the option for a further five-year extension. It is accessible to a broad range of contracting authorities, including current and future members of Procurement for Housing, registered providers of social housing across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, public authorities as defined by the Freedom of Information Act 2000, local authorities as per the Local Government Act 1972, Housing Arm's Length Management Organisations, and wholly owned subsidiaries of these entities.
