Corrigendum-CHIC - All Under One Roof DPS
Country:
United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern IrelandSector:
Repair and maintenance servicesDeadline:
27 Oct 2028AI Summary
The “All Under One Roof” Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) announced by CHIC is a procurement framework for repair and maintenance services, identified by CPV code 50000000. It provides a centralised marketplace through which the consortium’s members and other qualifying public authorities in the United Kingdom can contract for repairs and upkeep of properties within the social housing sector. Under the Procurement Act 2023 and the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2015, the DPS is scheduled to terminate on 27 October 2028, with any contracts awarded before that date remaining in force and governed thereafter by PCR 2015.
Participation remains open to all current and future members of CHIC as well as registered providers of social housing, local authorities, government departments, charities, NHS and health and social care groups, emergency services, educational institutions, and cultural facilities such as libraries and museums. The consortium estimates that contracts awarded through the DPS during its remaining lifespan could amount to around £300 million excluding VAT, but no exclusivity or guaranteed volume is provided, and members are free to pursue additional agreements with other suppliers. CHIC retains the right to review or amend the DPS every twelve months in accordance with PCR regulation 34(28).
All contracts awarded under this DPS will continue to be managed under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 until their termination.
