Corrigendum-Events Support Services Framework

Culture Liverpool, operating under Liverpool City Council, is announcing a framework contract to secure a wide array of event‑support infrastructure and services required for its Major Outdoor Events and Cultural Programme. The framework will provide a provisional and flexible supply chain capable of delivering, installing, maintaining and removing the full spectrum of equipment and personnel necessary to execute large‑scale events across the city. The initiative aims to streamline the procurement process for future events, ensuring that all essential assets are readily available in accordance with the organisation’s planning and regulatory requirements.

The scope of the procurement covers numerous discrete work categories. Services include the provision and operation of generators, fencing, and temporary roadworks such as trackways and aluminium roll‑out systems, as well as the deployment of marquees and temporary sheet‑metal structures. Additional requirements involve portable cabins, toilet accommodation, public address, audio‑visual and lighting systems, event catering for staff and contractors, and a comprehensive pyrotechnic service package. The framework also encompasses event‑management support, security and crowd control, traffic and diversion planning, hostile vehicle mitigation measures, and the design and installation of stages and screen solutions tailored to each event’s specifications.

All supplied equipment and services must comply with the relevant UK health and safety standards and event industry regulations.

Culture Liverpool delivers the Major Outdoor events and Cultural programme for Liverpool City Council will commence procurement processes for a Framework for infrastructure and suppliers for Culture Liverpool, in order to provisionally secure all of the key infrastructure required to deliver the Events programme, as identified in the planning stages.
