DPS for Major and Minor Construction Works (2025)

The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Major and Minor Construction Works 2025 provides a comprehensive platform for contractors to supply installation, repair, maintenance and new build services across the United Kingdom. Tailored to support ENP members and licensees, the system encompasses a broad spectrum of works including plumbing, gas heating, electrical, rendering, damp proofing, fencing, landscaping, paving, drainage, roofing, glazing, and refurbishment of both internal and external building components. Operators may select the specific regions within the UK where they wish to deliver these services, ensuring flexibility while maintaining a unified electronic procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

The contract is divided into 19 discrete lots, each targeting a distinct construction discipline. These range from specialized activities such as damp treatment consultation, weed control, and garbage collection to comprehensive building works such as new‑build housing, roofline replacement, and void cleaning operations for previously tenanted properties. Each lot requires installation and/or repair work without the acceptance of variants and is not subject to renewal or options. All contractors must meet the technical specifications and standards set forth for each lot, including compliance with relevant British Standards and industry regulations.

The DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) for Major and Minor Construction Works (2025) provides a broad range of major and minor construction works to support ENP Members/Licensees.
These works include various installation works, responsive repairs works, maintenance works and new build works, predominantly to social housing, private domestic properties, public sector and commercial buildings but may extend to other property types that are owned or managed by ENP members/licensees.
Whilst the DPS would be UK wide, Contractors will be able to select particular regions that they operate in.
A DPS is a completely electronic process conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
