Durrington Town Council (DTC) seeks a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to design, construct, and deliver a pump track facility at the Recreation Ground in Durrington SP4 8HH. The facility should:
• Provide an inclusive, safe, and durable track suitable for bicycles, scooters, skateboards, and adaptive cycles and wheelchairs, and if possible to include provision for a mini pump track several meters away from the main pump track for the younger children's use.
• Be designed in consultation with the local community to encourage participation across all age groups and abilities.
• Meet recognised safety standards, including RoSPA inspection.
• Deliver long-term value through durable construction, minimal maintenance, and sustainability.

2. Scope of Works
The successful contractor will be required to provide:
1. Design & Consultation
o Develop a detailed design, including track layout, surfacing, drainage, landscaping, and access.
o Incorporate feedback from community.
o Secure planning permission (if required) and comply with relevant standards.

o Site clearance and preparation, including groundworks, drainage, and landscaping.
o Supply and installation of pump track .
