Dynamic Purchasing System for Hired Passenger Transport SEND

The London Borough of Barnet has opened a Dynamic Purchasing System for hired passenger transport in support of statutory and discretionary policies for passengers with special educational needs and disabilities. Under the DPS, the council will procure a range of transport services and accompanying assistants to provide mobility support to eligible individuals across the borough.

The procurement covers a broad spectrum of vehicles, divided into eleven separate lots that include cars, estate cars, medium and large MPVs, minibuses of varying seating capacities, coaches, and wheelchair‑adapted vehicles.
