Anglian Water Services Ltd. is procuring a comprehensive Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to supply, lease, hire, and maintain a complete range of motor vehicles for its Fleet Services and Water Recycling Operational Logistics (WROL) teams. The DPS will cover all vehicle categories – from passenger cars and 4‑wheel drive (4x4) vehicles to light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles, as well as trailers and mobile units – and will provide both outright purchase and flexible leasing or short‑ and long‑term hire arrangements. The framework is intended to support the acquisition of alternative‑fuel or otherwise green‑powered vehicles alongside conventional internal combustion alternatives, with maintenance services, including 24‑hour breakdown response for heavy commercial vehicles, integrated into the same system.

Each vehicle type is organised into separate contractual lots that allow variations but do not include optional sub‑contracts. The system will enable buyers within the specified UK regions to obtain vehicles that meet the evolving operational needs of Anglian Water while maintaining cost‑effective and environmentally responsible sourcing. Requirement: vehicles must be compliant with UK green vehicle standards and support alternative fuel technologies.

The requirement is for a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply and maintenance of motor vehicles for Anglian Water's Fleet Services and Water Recycling Operational Logistics (WROL) teams. To allow the purchase and supply of a wide range of vehicles from cars to heavy goods vehicles and in particular alternatively fuelled or powered 'green' vehicles as well as traditionally fuelled vehicles.
