South Kesteven District Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System to provide temporary accommodation for homeless individuals, couples, and families across West Lindsey, South Kesteven, North Kesteven and South Holland. The council will procure this service over an eight‑year term starting 1 April 2023, with the flexibility to cancel at its discretion. Individual placement orders under the DPS will be tailored to the assessed needs of each service user, allowing variable durations, while the council does not commit to a particular frequency or number of placements.

The procurement is designed to meet statutory obligations under the Homeless Reduction Act 2017 for South Kesteven, and to support the broader Lincolnshire homeless strategy and Rough Sleeper Scheme in neighbouring districts.
