Lift Maintenance and Servicing

The Procurement Assist Limited tender is for a 60‑month Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) that will supply maintenance and servicing services for a range of vertical transport equipment. The DPS is available to iFM Bolton and the wider UK public sector, with the initial application window of 30 days extended until 31 May 2029 to allow continual participation by qualified service providers. The procurement is designed as a rapid route to market, eliminating the need for additional OJEU procurement procedures for the clients.

The DPS is divided into four distinct categories, each corresponding to a dedicated lot. Category 1 covers maintenance and servicing of passenger lifts, Category 2 involves vertical lifts, Category 3 is focused on stairlifts for residential and commercial contexts, and Category 4 concerns hoists—including ceiling‑track, mobile, and bariatric models—in both residential and commercial settings. Each lot carries the same estimated value but is treated independently, with no options or variants permitted and a renewal clause that subjects the contract to annual review for potential amendment, extension, termination, or re‑procurement.

All service providers responding to this procurement must fulfill the technical and safety standards required for each lift type as stipulated by UK regulations, ensuring compliance with applicable safety and maintenance guidelines.

Procurement Assist Limited is seeking service providers to take part in tendering for a place on a 60 month Dynamic Purchasing System for Lift Maintenance and Servicing.
The services will be split into 4Categories, as follows:
Category 1: Passenger Lifts (Maintenance and Servicing)
Category 2: Vertical Lifts (Maintenance and Servicing)
Category 3: Stairlifts (Maintenance and Servicing)
Category 4: Hoists (Maintenance and Servicing)
The DPS will be available for use by iFM Bolton and the whole public sector from across the United Kingdom. The DPS initial application period is 30 days but will remain open until 31 May 2029. Applications from service providers can be made at any time during this period.
The DPS is intended to be a fast route to market for Clients, with Clients not needing any further engagement with OJEU procurement processes.
Procurement Assist is publishing this Notice of Amendment made pursuant to the original Notice 2020/S 081-192461 to extend the DPS to 31 May 2029. The remaining information in relation to this DPS is unchanged.
