London and Quadrant Housing Trust - Marketing Suites and Signage Dynamic Purchasing System

The London and Quadrant Housing Trust, together with its subsidiary Quadrant Construction Services, is inviting service providers and consultants to supply marketing suites and signage for its self‑delivered new‑build housing projects across London and the South East. The procurement is organised through a dynamic purchasing system and seeks qualified suppliers capable of delivering both the design and implementation of marketing suites and the installation, maintenance and eventual replacement of signage throughout the construction phases. The tender is presented in multiple lots, each requiring the same breadth of service delivery, with Lot 8 expressly allowing variants while the other lots remain fixed.

All prospective suppliers must demonstrate that the marketing suite and signage solutions they propose comply with the statutory requirements set out in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
