Provision of Cleaning and Associated Services

The Registers of Scotland is seeking a supplier to deliver a comprehensive cleaning and associated services programme across its two premises for a period of 36 months, with the possibility of extending the contract in six‑ or twelve‑month increments for up to an additional 24 months. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining all identified interior cleanable areas, including fixtures, fittings, furniture and finishes, in a manner that protects assets, prolongs their life cycle and sustains high cleanliness standards. The scope requires routine, periodic and reactive cleaning, window cleaning, consumables provision, and general facilities support services.

The service must be carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with the detailed specification set out in the tender documents. All cleaning activity is to be performed at the Locations designated by the UKM75 and UKM82 NUTS codes. The contractor will be expected to meet the quality expectations outlined in the specification while providing a competitive price, though financial figures are not referenced here. The service must meet the Specification provided in the tender documents.

The Supplier shall provide a comprehensive cleaning service throughout the premises delivered in a safe and efficient manner. The Supplier shall take responsibility for maintaining all identified internal cleanable areas including fixtures, fittings, furniture and finishes, to minimise degradation, enhance asset life cycle and ensure high standards are maintained. The Supplier is required to provide a high quality service within the scope of the Specification to include, but not be limited to:
- Routine Cleaning
- Periodic Cleaning
- Reactive Cleaning
- Window Cleaning
- Consumables
- Facilities Support Services

Registers of Scotland is looking for a Supplier that can provide Cleaning and Associated Services across its two sites for 36 months, the an option to extend the contract by 6 or 12 months increments up to a total of 24 months.
