Signage - National Framework

Forestry England is inviting suppliers to participate in a National Signage Framework that will cover the production, delivery and installation of panel and timber structures, as well as a range of graphic panels. The framework is divided into four distinct lots, the first of which includes panel and timber structures together with graphic panels, the second focuses on timber-only structures such as way marker posts and threshold signage, the third again concerns panel and timber structures with graphic panels, and the fourth is dedicated to timber-only structures plus graphic panels. Orders under each lot will vary throughout the contract period, and the entire arrangement is intended to run for an initial two‑year term with the possibility of extending the framework by up to two further one‑year periods, allowing a maximum total duration of four years.

The award will be made on a weighted scoring basis, giving 35 % emphasis to production methods, 35 % to price, 15 % to supplier competence, 10 % to social value, and the remaining 5 % to project management and customer service. Suppliers may submit their bids electronically via the designated portal, and the opportunity to attend a bidder briefing is available through Microsoft Teams. All goods and services must comply with the Forestry Commission production, environmental, and social value standards.

Forestry England are seeking suppliers for a National Signage Framework.
