YPO - 001284 Community & Healthcare Technology Equipment & Associated Services

The Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation is establishing a framework agreement to provide a comprehensive portfolio of community and healthcare technology equipment and the associated services required by the public sector across the United Kingdom. The framework encompasses a broad range of products, including bathroom aids, bedroom aids, kitchen and dining implements, living aids, mobility aids, multi‑sensory accessories, paediatric equipment, and seating solutions, as well as support functions such as collection, decontamination, delivery, disposal, waste management, engagement forums, demonstrations, training, advice, assessments, installation, refurbishment, repair, and storage. In addition, the contract covers fully managed services for equipment supplied in these categories, as well as post‑warranty service and maintenance, and a dedicated technology and solutions offer delivered through managed services.

Suppliers will deliver directly to the end customer following an order placed by the contracting authority, with all parties participating through a single framework that offers options for each lot. The framework is designed to address the full lifecycle of community care equipment, ensuring timely provision, efficient maintenance, and compliance with environmental and safety standards required in the UK. All supplied equipment and services must comply with applicable UK health and safety regulations.

YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement following a Competitive Tendering Procedure for the supply of Community & Healthcare Technology Equipment & Associated Services to the public sector.
This Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector Contracting Authorities which includes YPO's internal requirements by establishing an agreement where the end customer will place the order with the Supplier and the Supplier will deliver direct to the end customer.
