YPO is inviting suppliers to join a Framework Agreement to provide a full range of YPO‑branded arts and stationery items for the education market and local authority sectors. The agreed supply chain will focus on deliveries to YPO’s distribution centre in Wakefield, ensuring that each lot—from colouring pencils and jumbo pencils to HB and sketching pencils, colouring pens, ballpoint, gel and fineliner pens, handwriting pens, crayons, oil pastels, chalks, highlighters, sticky notes, to whiteboard cleaning products—is stocked and ready for distribution within the supported market. All items covered by the framework must be shipped into the specified warehouse to meet the demands of schools, colleges and local authority customers.

The procurement is structured as a recurrent, options‑enabled framework under a competitive tendering process, administered by the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation. Evaluation of submissions will hinge on a weighted assessment of cost (40 %), quality (30 %), social value and sustainability (20 %), and delivery and customer service (10 %). Eligible offers must demonstrate the capacity for reliable delivery to the Wakefield hub and adhere to the required English-language specifications. All supplies must meet UK educational standards for safety and durability.

YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement following a Competitive Tendering Procedure for the supply of YPO Brand Arts and Stationery for use primarily in the education market and local authority sectors. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO by establishing an agreement for Suppliers to deliver stock into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
