AI Summary

The Corrigendum-Health Science Futures (HSF) Mission Office Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO) is a solicitation aimed at obtaining innovative research‑development, healthcare service, and experimental development solutions that advance the ARPA‑H Health Science Futures mission. The HSF mission seeks to eliminate scientific and technological barriers to future healthcare by fostering disease‑agnostic research programs with the potential for translational real‑world impact. The ISO solicits solution summaries, followed by full proposals, that align with this ambitious directive.

Proposals submitted under this ISO involve cutting‑edge R&D services and experimental development initiatives that are intended to break new ground in the physical, engineering, and life sciences. The procurement focuses on projects that can be translated into tangible healthcare improvements and are expected to generate breakthroughs that can be applied across a broad range of medical challenges. Proposers are encouraged to provide detailed summaries of their scientific approach and a clear plan for translating laboratory insights into real‑world solutions.

All submissions must satisfy updated administrative and technical requirements, including compliance with conflict‑of‑interest and research security disclosures, adherence to revised intellectual property assertion guidelines, and updated human and animal subjects research and biosecurity protocols. The cost proposals must incorporate the newly defined burdened labor rates, increase the material documentation threshold to $10,000, and acknowledge that profit/fee is presumed inapplicable unless explicitly stated.
