AI Summary

The Land Management Integrated Resources (LMIR) National Blanket Purchase Agreement is a long‑term procurement vehicle established by the Department of Agriculture’s Forest Service to procure a broad spectrum of professional services and natural resources restoration works. The agreement covers project management, engineering, NEPA compliance, communications, community engagement, and a host of specialized ecological and technical disciplines, including hydrology, botany, wildlife biology, geology, hazardous materials handling, and cultural resource management. In addition to service provisions, the BPA also facilitates restoration activities such as invasive plant control, stream and riparian restoration, road decommissioning, soil de‑compaction, sediment and erosion control, plant material collection, seed and straw production, and various tree climbing and maintenance tasks. These activities are to be performed across all federal land units in forests and grasslands, and the BPA is available to any federal agency that requires such expertise, thereby ensuring a flexible and responsive procurement framework for a ten‑year period from early spring 2023 to early spring 2033.

The agreement remains open and continuous, allowing the Forest Service to add vendors as needs arise and enabling contractors to submit quotes for the specific locations and services they wish to provide. All prospective bidders must be registered in SAM and adhere to the Forest Service’s technical standards for project execution, data management, and environmental stewardship. Compliance with USDA Forest Service specifications and NEPA environmental review requirements is mandatory for all work performed under this BPA.
