Friends of the Wissahickon (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Wissahickon Valley Park Neighborhood Connection Project Phase I: Germantown
Bids for the construction of the Project will be accepted until 5:00 PM EST on July 10th, 2026. At that time the Bids received will be privately opened and read.
The Project includes the following Scope of Work: Work under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and any miscellaneous items for improvements along Harvey Street which shall consist of, but not limited to, flagstone and concrete sidewalk demolition, installation of new asphalt sidewalk, stockpiling of removed flagstone (as directed by Owner), construction of curb ramps, proposed curbing, pavement markings, and installation of pedestrian crossing ahead and pedestrian crossing signs as indicated on the design drawings and in the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications.

Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

Budget Friends of the Wissahickon expects a contract value between $270,000 and $290,000.
