Commercial Traction Consultant – ACT SMART INNOVATION HUB STARTUPS
Berytech, a leading Lebanese organization that nurtures entrepreneurship through incubation, funding, and networking, is seeking a Commercial Traction Consultant to work with the cohort of 14 startups participating in its Agrytech & Clyntech Accelerator Program. The consultant will facilitate the transition of each startup’s product from a minimum viable concept to a validated, market‑ready offering, ensuring that commercial traction and evidence of market validation are systematically captured and documented. By applying the previously developed Go‑to‑Market Strategy Framework and Market Entry Roadmap, the consultant will guide the startups in translating strategic plans into tangible commercial achievements.
The assignment will be delivered over a two‑month period and will comprise a 3‑hour workshop that introduces market engagement tactics, two 3‑hour Commercial Traction Labs (with up to seven startups per session) to refine and iterate commercial plans, and up to two 45‑minute one‑on‑one clinics per startup focused on execution and decision making. Deliverables include facilitation plans, presentation and workshop materials, a Commercial Traction & Evidence Package template, observation reports, and a final cohort‑level report summarizing traction achievements and lessons learned.
The consultant must possess a minimum of eight years’ experience in commercialization, customer acquisition, and market engagement, demonstrate a proven track record with startups or similar innovation ecosystems, and have strong facilitation and coaching skills. The consultant must be fluent in English.
