Eastleigh Borough Council is procuring a design and build contractor to deliver the Upper Acre residential phase of the One Horton Heath development. The project will see the construction of 424 mixed‑tenure homes, with site work commencing in March 2027 and the first plots expected to complete in September 2027, culminating in full completion of the housing and surrounding infrastructure by May 2030.
