The Department of Public Works and Highways – Region X is requesting consulting services to perform a comprehensive structural assessment and detailed engineering design of the Atugan Bridge (B01249MN) located on Sayre Highway in Impasug‑ong, Bukidnon. The assignment will involve a systematic inspection of the existing bridge structure, laboratory testing of concrete and reinforcement, and a load‑rating analysis to establish the bridge’s current serviceability, durability, safety factors and remaining load‑carrying capacity. Based on the assessment, the consultant will identify key deficiencies and develop, compare, and recommend viable retrofit, strengthening, repair or protection alternatives for DPWH approval.

The final deliverables must comprise an exhaustive Detailed Engineering Design Package that includes technical specifications, design calculations, construction methodology, detailed drawings, temporary works plans, traffic‑management plan, and a full quantity take‑off with cost basis, all prepared in the DPWH‑prescribed formats. The Zamboanga City Medical Center is issuing a purchase order for the supply and delivery of laboratory lot and line consumables for fiscal year 2026.
