Supply of new Metro trainsets, 5 coaches each, including spare parts and consumables, equipment and tools for maintenance, repair and related services, up to a total budget of euro 45 (forty five) million, sales taxes and customs duties excluded

Communal Enterprise “Kharkivsky metropoliten” is procuring new metro trainsets consisting of five coaches each for use at the Balashovsk station in Kharkiv. The contract covers the supply of the trainsets themselves together with an extensive range of related items: main spare parts, consumables and wearable spares, dedicated maintenance and repair equipment, tools, documentation in both paper and electronic form, and the commissioning of the trainsets and ancillary equipment, including installation if required. The supplier will also provide personnel training to ensure that operating staff can maintain and service the new fleet.

The procurement requires the delivery of all goods and services under the 2020 edition of the INCOTERMS. Ex‑Works terms apply for goods supplied from within the contracting authority’s country, while CIP terms, excluding VAT, cover those sourced from abroad. Full technical and functional specifications, detailed descriptions, characteristics, and drawings are available in the tender documentation, which can be obtained electronically in PDF format upon request from the tenderer. The tender is open to bids and must be submitted in closed envelopes bearing the current tender title by 30 October 2026.

All delivery of the trainsets, spare parts, tools, and associated services is to take place at the Balashovsk station, Southern Railway, station code 440503, located on Avtoliubitel 2010 in the Okhshk branch line. Supply of new low-floor electric buses, including battery charging infrastructure (night charging stations and fast charging stations at final stops), main spare parts, wearing and consumable spare parts, maintenance and repair equipment and tools, and related services up to a total budget of € 9.840 million, sales taxes and customs duties excluded

The Zaporizhzhia Municipal Enterprise of City Electric Transport “Zaporizhelektrotrans” is procuring a fleet of modern low‑floor electric buses to replace existing diesel vehicles in the city’s public transport network. The contract covers 12.5‑metre buses (±0.5 m) that must provide step‑free accessibility for all passengers, as well as the complete electrical propulsion system required for safe and efficient operation on urban routes.

In addition to the vehicles, the supplier will deliver integrated battery‑charging infrastructure at the terminal stops, comprising both night‑time charging units and fast‑charge stations suited to final stops. The scope also includes the provision of main spares, consumable and wearing components, specialised maintenance and repair tools, and the necessary training and commissioning services that enable the transport enterprise to manage, maintain and operate the fleet effectively from day one. Delivery conditions are governed by the 2020 edition of INCOTERMS: EXW for goods sourced domestically and CIP for those sourced abroad. The first vehicles are required to arrive within twelve months of advance payment, with full contract completion no later than fifteen months.

All supplied buses, components and infrastructure must conform to the precise technical requirements delineated in sub‑clause 16.10 of Section VI of the Technical Specification, ensuring compliance with applicable safety, performance and environmental standards.

Electrolysis Plants for Sodium Hypochlorite Production (CPV 42910000-8 Distilling, filtering or rectifying apparatus)

The procurement concerns the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of six onsite electrolysis systems designed to generate sodium hypochlorite for the disinfection of drinking water and wastewater. These plants will produce the disinfectant by electrolysis of brine on the premises of selected water‑supply and wastewater‑treatment facilities within the Rivne Region, Ukraine. The contract includes the complete turnkey provision of goods, transport, handling, verification of conformity, as well as warranty coverage for the insured period, in accordance with the technical specification governing the project.

The systems are to be installed at six facilities: Pumping Station “Novyi Dvir” with a minimum daily active‑chlorine output of 15 kg, Rivne wastewater treatment plant at 60 kg, Pumping Station “Horbakiv” at 30 kg, Hoshcha wastewater treatment plant at 2.8 kg, Pumping Station “Boiarka” at 60 kg, and Pumping Station PS 1 at 2.8 kg. Each system must meet the performance and design criteria specified for sodium hypochlorite production and be fully operational upon handover.

All systems shall comply with the technical specifications and performance standards detailed in the procurement documents.
