Quality Assurance services are available through Lots 5A-H, covering Proficiency Testing Trials, Test Data Production, ISO 17020/17025 Training, Tool Training, Method Validation, and Quality Assurance Consultancy. Finally, Lot 6 offers Collection & Delivery services specifically for the complex digital data retrieval (Lots 2A-E) and digital forensic case evaluation (Lots 4A-J) services. The DPS will be in place for eight years and emphasizes quality, standardization, compliance with legislation, and innovation.

The Department for Science, Innovation & Technology, through UK Shared Business Services, is establishing a Services Dynamic Purchasing System to enable government departments and arm‑length bodies to procure a wide range of scientific research and advisory services. The DPS is intended to simplify access to specialist scientific expertise for government decision‑making, providing an efficient procurement mechanism that eliminates the need for suppliers to invest in dedicated IT infrastructure or to navigate complex procurement procedures each time a new research need arises.
All applicant evidence must include verification of non‑exclusion grounds and minimum selection criteria, and supported documentation must be submitted electronically within 15 working days of receipt.

Warwickshire County Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System for Business Support Services that comprises thirteen distinct lots. These lots cover a wide array of offerings, including start‑up support, general business support, innovation support, access to finance, resource efficiency, employment and skills development, and sector‑specific support for automotive & manufacturing, digital & creative, low‑carbon economy, retail, hospitality & personal care, rural economy, social care, and visitor economy. By opening the DPS, the council allows qualified providers to register and be notified of individual calls for competition that align with each lot, giving them the option to bid on selected opportunities as they arise.

Once admitted, successful providers will engage through the council’s e‑tendering platform, In‑Tend, where all procurement communications must be forwarded via the system’s correspondence function. Registration to In‑Tend is free, and providers who cannot register are instructed to contact the council by email as an alternative. The scope and funding levels of the lots are subject to change over the duration of the DPS to meet the evolving needs of the council and its customers, and providers may choose which calls to respond to without any obligation to bid on every opportunity.

Providers must be registered with the council’s e‑tendering system, In‑Tend, and comply with the council’s procurement policies and dynamic purchasing system requirements.

SEC Procurement Limited is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Development and Construction Works. This DPS aims to simplify the procurement process for construction projects across various categories and regions. The system is divided into five distinct project value categories: Site Preparation, New Build & Construction up to £499,999, New Build & Construction from £5 million to £9,999,999, New Build & Construction from £10 million to £49,999,999, and New Build & Construction over £50 million.

Suppliers can apply for inclusion in multiple categories and specify the geographical regions within which they are willing to undertake projects. This regional selection can be modified by suppliers during the DPS lifecycle. Access to the DPS is granted to Corporate Members of SEC Procurement Limited and Public bodies or contracting authorities who sign an Access Agreement as Associate Members.

The DPS framework allows for Further Competition Contracts, with durations potentially exceeding those of individual contracts. SEC Procurement Limited manages the DPS and enters into agreements with successful suppliers.

The tender invites a single supplier to deliver full catering services for the schools under Castle School Education Trust and The Priory Learning Trust. The award will be divided into two separate lots, each covering all meals and related free‑issue provisions required within the respective trust’s schools.

The contract will begin on 1 April 2027 for the Castle School Education Trust and on 1 August 2027 for The Priory Learning Trust, with a three‑year initial term that may be extended for up to two further years at the discretion of each governing body. The trusts plan to consolidate during the contract period, and any additional schools that join the combined entity will be incorporated into the same contracts using the established costing model and for the remainder of the original term. Mobilisation will be staggered to accommodate the size of the engagement.
