The framework is structured into seven distinct lots, each focusing on a specific industry sector: Advanced Manufacturing (including aerospace, automotive, agri‑tech and advanced materials), Clean Energy (offshore wind, hydrogen, grid upgrades, carbon capture and decarbonised freight corridors), Creative Industries (arts and culture, advertising, architecture, design, publishing, film, television, music and video game development), Digital and Technologies (AI, cyber security, advanced connectivity, engineering biology, quantum technologies and semiconductors), Defence (defence technologies, advanced sensing, autonomous systems and secure communications), Life Sciences (pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical technologies, diagnostics and health data innovation), and General (financial services, professional and business services and other sectors not covered by the previous six lots). Each lot opens a range of call‑offs throughout the contract term, enabling the University to respond flexibly to emerging mentoring needs across a broad spectrum of researchers, academics, entrepreneurs, founders and businesses.

The services required range across a variety of core business support areas: Customer and Market Discovery; Branding and Marketing; Sales, Growth and Impact; Communicating and Pitching; Finance, Operations and Governance; Raising Equity Investment; Founder Leadership; Scaling; and Legal, Intellectual Property and Regulations. The University intends to appoint multiple suppliers per lot to ensure diverse expertise and capacity, and will invoke call‑offs in accordance with the established procedures to secure tailored support as demands arise. Eligibility will be assessed on a quality‑first basis, though price will also play a significant role (60 % quality, 40 % price).

All successful suppliers must demonstrate relevant experience in the assigned sector, possess qualifications appropriate to providing entrepreneurial and business coaching, and be capable of delivering outcomes that align with industry best practice standards.

The procurement is a flexible framework for the supply of care home services, procured under the light‑touch regime by Bath & North East Somerset Council. The framework is intended for registered care homes located within a specified radius of the BANES Border, primarily within three miles for residential and nursing, dementia, and discharge to assess & intermediate care specialisms, and within nine miles for homes providing services for learning disability, autism, physical and cognitive impairment, acquired brain injury and sensory impairment. The council will continually open the framework for new entrants, with periodic acceptance rounds held every six months or more frequently at its discretion, and accepts applications electronically through the Supplying the Southwest portal (reference DN820821).

Upon acceptance, care homes will be eligible to award both individual and block contracts under the framework, with the contract site designated UKK11. The procurement is recurrent, with two possible 24‑month extensions, and the council is required to provide six months’ written notice prior to any extension. Participation is contingent on meeting the conditions of participation, which carry a weight of 1% in evaluation. All submissions are accepted in English, and the tender continues to remain open for the life of the contract. The council will open and close rounds of acceptance in a structured timeline, beginning with initial applications for specialisms Residential & Nursing, Dementia, and Discharge to Assess in October 2026, followed by subsequent rounds in February and May 2027 for all specialisms. The framework will remain available for new entrants throughout its duration.

The East Sussex Fire Authority is seeking to replace its existing Live Fire Training Building at the Maresfield training centre with a new facility that mirrors the current layout while incorporating design modifications aimed at improving operational flexibility and reducing environmental impact. The new building will serve as a fully equipped training environment for the East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service, and the procurement is structured to allow for a single‑supplier end‑to‑end solution or, if necessary, separate bids for the construction of a container‑based training unit and for the training systems with accompanying smoke‑scrubber plant, including a period of post‑completion maintenance. The 2027‑2029 procurement invites community‑based organisations or consortiums to deliver an expanded version of the MyEnds violence‑prevention programme, known as MyEnds 3.0, across sixteen London boroughs that rank in the top 15 % for violence and public health indicators. The programme builds on a hyper‑local model that empowers neighbourhood stakeholders through partnership strengthening, youth participation, capacity building of grassroots actors, and locally informed interventions. Services will be deployed in a coordinated manner to provide parents and carers with support networks, after‑school activities, youth club work, mentoring, and targeted support interventions, all designed to prevent violence at the community level.

Bidders must be able to deliver the comprehensive intervention strands outlined above, ensuring that community empowerment and strategic alignment are central to all activities. The engagement will be evaluated primarily on technical quality, the effectiveness of the proposed community engagement model, and the demonstrable alignment with the updated prioritisation tool.

Clarion Housing Group is awarding a national cleaning and maintenance contract that covers a comprehensive range of services across its portfolio of void properties, show homes, and marketing suites. The procurement is split into six geographic regions, each divided into two sub‑lots: the A sub‑lots focus on continuous maintenance, inspections of void units, and ad‑hoc defect repairs in both void and occupied units; the B sub‑lots provide “Sparkle Cleaning” services to ensure high‑standard presentation of void units, show homes, and marketing suites within the same regions.
