Work will also cover the preparation and resurfacing of the existing asphalt drive, paving and marking of compacted gravel parking areas, installation of a split‑rail fence with stain and sealer, wheel stops, a two‑sided boat launch sign, a boot‑cleaning station, and grass median strips, all executed in accordance with the approved plan drawings and specifications. This fixed‑fee contract, prepared by Woodland Design Associates, requires the contractor to verify all dimensions, quantities, and material amounts independently of the estimate, submit bid guarantees of at least ten percent of the base bid, and comply with Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates and the E&S plan. The contractor must also secure the required bonds and insurance coverage promptly after award.
