The Pacific Southwest (PSW) Stewardship Blanket Purchase Agreement administers a continuous, full‑and‑open procurement for integrated stewardship services on Federal and local agency lands within a 150‑mile radius of numerous California National Forests, now expanded to include Angeles, Cleveland, Los Padres, and San Bernardino Forests. The agreement covers a range of hazardous fuels and restoration tasks such as mechanical and hand cutting, piling, lopping, and removal of non‑sawtimber, biomass, and non‑included material, as well as commercial timber harvesting and removal of included timber, and road construction, maintenance, and decommissioning. Call orders are released exclusively to contractors awarded under this BPA and may include Integrated Resource Service Contracts that require timber removal, service‑based IRSCs that allow timber subject to agreement, or restoration‑based service contracts without timber removal.
