Corrigendum-DLA Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) FY2026

The Defense Logistics Agency is opening a commercial solutions opportunity to address critical gaps in engineering support and logistics for the U.S. Army and other DoD services. The solicitation invites offerors to submit Solution Briefs for the creation of Engineering Support Activities (ESA)–approved Level 3 Technical Data Packages (TDPs) that meet MIL‑STD‑31000 and ASME Y14.100 standards, with the aim of enabling competitive procurement of hard‑to‑or‑non‑procurable parts. In addition, one Area of Interest focuses on developing a near‑real‑time Direct Vendor Delivery Tracking platform that integrates with existing enterprise systems such as SAP, provides electronic proof of delivery, and satisfies DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Successful participants will deliver a proof‑of‑concept process and fully validated TDPs for one easy, one moderate, and one complex item within a 16‑to‑26‑week schedule from award. The solutions must be at least Technology Readiness Level 6, incorporate scalable tools and qualification frameworks, and include a comprehensive intellectual‑property framework that grants the U.S. Government government‑purpose rights. DLA will award fixed‑price contracts, with no funding provided until a contract is signed, and will evaluate proposals on feasibility, responsiveness, viability, desirability, and funding potential.

The solution must provide ESA‑approved Level 3 Technical Data Packages in compliance with MIL‑STD‑31000 and ASME Y14.100.

The Secretary of the Air Force Concepts Development and Management is inviting commercial vendors to submit innovative solutions that advance defense‑related missions. This Commercial Solutions Opening, identified as FA7146‑21‑S‑C001, seeks new or improved commercial items, technologies, and services that close capability gaps and advance the objectives outlined by SAF/CDM. A specific call, named Call A002 (Posted 03/20/2026), focuses on Agile Refactoring and Integration (AR& I) for AF/A1. The process requires a Cover Page, technical and management information, and a Rough Order of Magnitude; multiple submissions are allowed. The contracting officer and program manager are available for inquiries and will review entries prior to potential award through either Federal Acquisition Regulation contracts or Other Transaction Agreement authority.

Pacific Southwest (PSW) STEWARDSHIP BPA (R5 Multiple Forests)

The Pacific Southwest (PSW) Stewardship Blanket Purchase Agreement administers a continuous, full‑and‑open procurement for integrated stewardship services on Federal and local agency lands within a 150‑mile radius of numerous California National Forests, now expanded to include Angeles, Cleveland, Los Padres, and San Bernardino Forests. The agreement covers a range of hazardous fuels and restoration tasks such as mechanical and hand cutting, piling, lopping, and removal of non‑sawtimber, biomass, and non‑included material, as well as commercial timber harvesting and removal of included timber, and road construction, maintenance, and decommissioning.
