Southend‑on‑Sea City Council is inviting suppliers to provide, install and maintain a comprehensive suite of intelligent transport systems across the city. This DPS will facilitate the ongoing procurement of goods and services related to the inspection, repair, and replacement of energy efficiency measures and renewable technology installations.
