Corrigendum-Intelligent Transport Systems including traffic signals, variable message signs and car park signs

Southend‑on‑Sea City Council is inviting suppliers to provide, install and maintain a comprehensive suite of intelligent transport systems across the city. The procurement encompasses a variety of traffic and parking control equipment, including traffic signals, variable message signs, RGB and school warning signs, car‑park guidance signs, car‑park count controllers, and vehicle‑speed activated signage. Recovery Communities and Ambassadors

The Hampshire County Council Public Health Department is commissioning services to support the expansion of its Recovery Ambassador programme under the Hampshire Strategic Drug and Alcohol Partnership. The goal is to reduce stigma, build recovery communities, and promote early help‑seeking for people affected by drug and alcohol dependence in the Havant, Gosport and Fareham districts. The programme will operate across the three specified districts, involving local partnerships and maintaining close collaboration with public health professionals to ensure services are responsive to community needs.

The service providers must supply ambassadors who are actively in recovery, offer them comprehensive training and ongoing support, and ensure the programme is implemented in line with evidence‑based peer support protocols that facilitate contact and connection with people who have lived experience.
