Dublin City Council is establishing a panel of architects to provide comprehensive, architect‑led design and associated services for projects valued below €1 million (excluding VAT). The panel will be required to deliver full architectural support across the stages of the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF) – from initial feasibility studies to final construction documents – or any subset of those stages, for a wide range of project types including new residential and refurbishment works, public realm and precinct improvements, housing, civic and community facilities, recreational and sports venues, infrastructural master‑planning, and mixed‑use or commercial developments.

Each panel member must be capable of delivering the full set of minimum specialist services: acting as Design Team Lead, providing architectural design and drafting, serving as Employer’s Representative for works contracts, and fulfilling Design Certifier and Assigned Certifier roles under the Building Control Amendment Regulations 2014. Optional specialist services may also be required, such as measured and condition surveys, architectural conservation consultancy, accessibility audits, design services for disability access certificates, and fire safety consultancy. Only firms or groupings that can supply all of these core specialists, whether in-house or through a consortium, will be considered; applications focusing on a single or incomplete subset of services will be rejected.

All activities must be carried out in the Dublin area (IE061) and comply with the building and certification standards set out in the Building Control Amendment Regulations 2014.

The Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the acquisition of trailers exceeding 3 500 kg and associated services. The DPS will enable the Ministry, its defence units and the Danish Emergency Management Agency to procure a broad range of trailers and support activities through a common set of terms and conditions, allowing flexibility to source any configuration that meets the defined category criteria. Contracts will be entered into by the Ministry but may be awarded to any DPS participant, with the possibility of future consortium participation under joint liability.

Fort Royal Community Primary School is seeking a provider of professional cleaning services to maintain its campus throughout the term and during holiday periods. The supplier will be responsible for routine morning cleaning that commences at 6:00 a.m. on term‑time and additional studies days, as well as deep‑cleaning activities during holidays when the school is closed for approximately four weeks each year. The contract, set to last three years with a possible extension, will cover a maintained special‑needs primary school in Central Worcester comprising 208 pupils, 170 staff and 25 classrooms, including specialised facilities such as a hydrotherapy pool, sensory areas and extensive outdoor learning spaces.

Lancashire County Council is seeking to procure specialist inpatient detoxification and rehabilitation services for individuals experiencing substance misuse in Lancashire, England. The procurement encompasses two distinct service categories: detoxification services and rehabilitation programs.

The Home Support Services are categorized into two main groups: Adults Home Support and Children's Home Support. Adults Home Support encompasses services such as Home Support, Reablement, Out Of Borough support, and Bundled Hours. London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) seeks subcontractors for its Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Construction Services. This DPS will encompass Groundwork, Reinforced Concrete Frame construction, External Works, and Piling services for L&Q's self-delivered new build projects.
