Dynamic Purchasing System for Transport Container systems, PREFAB system, Design, Service and Repair/Maintenance

The European Union is seeking to establish clear regulations for the exclusion of economic operators from public procurement procedures. This initiative is grounded in Regulation (EU) No 833/2014, which implements Directive 2014/24/EU and aims to harmonize public procurement laws across EU member states.

The proposed regulations outline specific grounds for excluding an economic operator from participating in a public procurement procedure. These grounds include convictions for corruption, participation in criminal organizations, money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud against the EU's financial interests within the last five years. Additionally, exclusion may be considered for involvement in child labor or human trafficking within the same timeframe.

Further exclusion criteria encompass instances of serious misrepresentation during the procurement process, withholding required information, inability to provide necessary documentation, and improper access to confidential information related to the procurement procedure. These measures are designed to uphold transparency, integrity, and fair competition within the public procurement landscape across the European Union.
