Restricted tender contest in accordance with parts I and III of the regulations for the establishment of a Dynamic Procurement Scheme (DIO) for Consultancy consultancy services in the technical sector.

Telemark Innkjøpssamarbeid (TIS), acting on behalf of six southern Norwegian municipalities, has announced a dynamic procurement scheme for consultancy services in the technical sector. The scheme is structured as a two‑stage process: initial supplier qualification followed by “mini‑competitions” that will be triggered when specific projects arise in the participating municipalities. Through this mechanism, qualified consultants will be available on demand to deliver specialised services for the collective needs of the region, ensuring that public projects can be staffed quickly and efficiently while maintaining a competitive supplier market.

The procurement covers 24 distinct technical disciplines, ranging from architectural and civil architecture (ARK), landscape (LARK), and interior design (IARK) to a broad suite of engineering specialisations including construction (RIB), HVAC (RIV), water and waste treatment (RIVA), electro (RIE), road and bridge engineering (RIVei, RIG, RIGberg), fire protection (RIBr), geotechnical and geological consulting (RIG, RIGberg), project and construction management, energy and environmental building consultancy, and coordinators for design and execution. Additional disciplines involve nature‑area mapping biologists, external environment engineering, acoustics, watercourse engineering, land acquisition, and bridge construction consultancy. Qualified suppliers are required to demonstrate the technical competence and professional qualifications necessary to deliver these services, and must comply with the national and EU procurement regulations governing dynamic procurement schemes.

Dynamic Purchasing System for Trailers over 3500 kg and services pertaining thereto

The Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the acquisition of trailers exceeding 3 500 kg and associated services. The DPS will enable the Ministry, its defence units and the Danish Emergency Management Agency to procure a broad range of trailers and support activities through a common set of terms and conditions, allowing flexibility to source any configuration that meets the defined category criteria.
